Share your newsletter as a web link

Every newsletter you create in Daystage automatically has a public web page. You can share this link with anyone, even if they are not on your mailing list.

Where to find the link

In the dashboard feed, hover over any sent newsletter. The external link icon (top right of the card) opens the public web version in a new tab.

The URL format is: daystage.com/n/[your-school-slug]/[newsletter-slug]

Who can see it

The web version is publicly accessible to anyone with the link. It does not require a login. This is intentional: it lets you post the link on your school website, share it via text message, or send it to families who missed the email.

Common uses

• Post on your class page or school website for families who missed the email
• Share via school SMS or messaging apps (Remind, Class Dojo, etc.)
• Include in your email signature as a link to past newsletters
• Share specific newsletters at parent-teacher conferences
