Cancel your subscription
How to cancel, what happens to your data, and when access ends.
You can cancel your Daystage subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings in the top navigation.
- Click Billing.
- Click Manage payment. This opens the Stripe billing portal.
- In the portal, click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
What happens after cancellation
- Your paid plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account moves to the free plan automatically.
- Your newsletters, subscribers, and send history are not deleted. They stay in your account on the free plan.
- You can send up to 100 emails per month on the free plan.
