Delete a mailing list
How to delete a list you no longer need and what happens to the subscribers.
You can delete a mailing list if you no longer need it. This removes the list permanently.
How to delete
- Go to Mailing Lists in the top navigation.
- Open the list you want to delete.
- Click the settings or three-dot menu.
- Click Delete list and confirm.
This cannot be undone. Export the list first if you need a backup of the subscriber addresses.
What happens to the subscribers
Deleting a list removes the list and its subscriber entries. It does not notify subscribers. Their preferences for other lists are not affected.
Send history
Newsletters sent to this list remain in your dashboard. Send history is preserved. Only the list itself is deleted.
