🚀 Getting Started

Duplicate a newsletter

How to create an exact copy of any newsletter to use as a starting point.

Duplicating a newsletter copies all of its blocks, title, and style into a new draft. The original newsletter is not changed.

How to duplicate

  1. On the dashboard, hover over the newsletter you want to copy.
  2. Click the three-dot menu that appears in the top corner of the card.
  3. Click Duplicate.
  4. The new draft opens in the editor with the title prefixed by "Copy of." Rename it and make your changes.

What is copied

  • All content blocks (text, images, events, etc.)
  • Newsletter title and subtitle
  • Color theme and background image
  • Attachments

What is not copied

  • Send history. The duplicate starts as a fresh draft with zero recipients.
  • RSVP responses. Any RSVP block resets to zero responses.
  • Poll votes. Poll results do not carry over.
Tip: If you send the same structure every week, duplicate last week's newsletter and edit the dates and details. Faster than starting from scratch.
