Dashboard overview

What you see when you log in, and how to navigate your newsletters, drafts, and settings.

The dashboard is your home base in Daystage. It shows everything in one place: sent newsletters, drafts, and quick ways to create new ones.

The newsletter feed

The main area of the dashboard is a chronological feed of your sent newsletters, newest first. Each item shows:

  • Newsletter title (click to open it in the editor)
  • Date sent and how many recipients received it
  • Opens count and open rate
  • Clicks count
  • A "Full stats" link to the detailed send report

Drafts

Below the sent newsletters, you will find your drafts under "In progress." These are newsletters you have started but not yet sent. Click any draft to continue editing it.

Create a new newsletter

At the top of the dashboard, three quick-start cards let you create a newsletter with a single click:

  • Weekly classroom update — starts with a structure for homework reminders, upcoming dates, and a note from you
  • Monthly newsletter — a broader layout for the month ahead
  • Start from scratch — opens the editor with a blank canvas

Navigation

The top navigation bar gives you access to:

  • Mailing Lists — manage your subscriber lists
  • Templates — save and reuse newsletter layouts
  • Settings — your school profile, logo, and billing
Tip: The summary line below your greeting shows total newsletters sent and your average open rate across all of them.
