Read your send report
How to find and interpret the per-send analytics report.
Every send has its own report. The report shows delivery stats, engagement metrics, and individual click events.
Finding the report
In the dashboard feed, hover over any sent newsletter. Click Full stats to open the send report. You can also go directly to the report URL: /dashboard/history/[sendId].
What the report shows
- Total sent — number of recipients who received the email
- Delivered — emails that reached the inbox (not bounced)
- Opened — unique recipients who opened the email
- Open rate — opened / sent x 100
- Clicked — number of link clicks recorded
- Bounced — addresses that could not receive the email (invalid address, full inbox, etc.)
Click events
The report also shows individual click events: which URL was clicked and when. This helps you understand which parts of your newsletter families are most interested in.
Tip: If you notice a high bounce rate on a specific list, it may be time to clean the list. Remove addresses that consistently bounce to improve your deliverability score.
