Poll block
Ask a multiple-choice question and collect votes from your newsletter readers.
A poll lets you ask families a question and collect their votes directly from the email or the web version of your newsletter.
Adding a poll
- Click Poll in the left sidebar.
- Enter your question in the question field.
- Add answer options. Two options are the minimum. Click Add option to add more.
How voting works
Recipients click their choice in the email or on the public web page. Each email address gets one vote. Results update in real time as votes come in.
Viewing results
- Click Full stats on the sent newsletter in the dashboard.
- Poll results appear as a bar chart with vote counts per option.
Poll ideas for teachers: "Which field trip should we vote for?", "What day works best for a class celebration?", "How are you feeling about the upcoming project?"
Poll vs. RSVP
Use Poll for open questions. Use RSVP specifically for event attendance (Yes / No / Maybe).
