Delete a newsletter

How to permanently delete a draft or sent newsletter from your account.

You can delete any newsletter, whether it is a draft or already sent. Deletion is permanent.

How to delete

  1. On the dashboard, hover over the newsletter you want to delete.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top corner of the card.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. A confirmation prompt appears. Click Delete again to confirm.
Note: Deleting a sent newsletter removes its public web page. Anyone with the link will see a "not found" page. Send history and analytics for that newsletter are also deleted.

Deleting a draft

Drafts can be deleted the same way. The three-dot menu appears on draft cards in the "In progress" section of the dashboard.

Cannot undo

There is no way to recover a deleted newsletter. If you are unsure, move it to a folder or leave it. Storage is not limited.
