Newsletter translation

How readers can translate your newsletter into any of 85 languages from the web version.

The public web version of every Daystage newsletter includes a Translate button. Readers can use it to view the newsletter in their preferred language without any setup from you.

How it works

  1. A reader opens the public web page of your newsletter.
  2. They click the Translate button in the top bar.
  3. A searchable language dropdown appears. They select their language.
  4. The page reloads in the selected language, powered by Google Translate.

Supported languages

85 languages are available, including Spanish, French, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Hindi, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Haitian Creole. The dropdown is searchable by language name.

Do I need to set this up?

No. Translation is available automatically on every newsletter's public page.

Email vs. web

Translation is only available on the web version of the newsletter. The email is delivered as you wrote it. If you have families who primarily speak another language, include a note in your email like:

"View this newsletter in your language: [link to web version]"
