What counts as a "newsletter" on the free plan?
Each send counts as one newsletter. You get 40 sends per school year. That covers one per week for the full year with room left over.
Does the free plan lock my newsletters after 30 days?
No. Your newsletters stay fully editable on every plan, including free. You can always duplicate last week's issue and update it.
Why does the free plan include the embed widget?
Because embedding on your school website is how parents find the newsletter. Locking that behind a paid plan would make the free plan useless. Every Daystage plan includes embedding.
What is priority inbox delivery?
Daystage sends email via a dedicated domain with warm IP infrastructure. On Teacher and School Team plans, your newsletters are sent from that dedicated infrastructure instead of shared IPs, which improves inbox placement rates.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my subscriber list if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You can export your subscriber list at any time before canceling. We do not delete it immediately.
