Using Daystage

Daystage provides newsletter tools for educators. You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for the content you create and send. You may not use Daystage for spam, illegal content, or to contact people who have not consented to receive your emails.

Your content

You own the content you create in Daystage. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and deliver that content as needed to operate the platform. We do not claim ownership of your newsletters.

Acceptable use

You agree not to send unsolicited bulk email, violate any laws, impersonate others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free and paid plans

Free plan limits are subject to change with reasonable notice. Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active through the end of the billing period.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

Daystage is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
