Shared mailing lists
How teams on the Pro and Team plans share subscriber lists across all accounts in the organization.
On the Pro and Team plans, mailing lists are shared across all members of your organization. Any team member can view, edit, and send to shared lists.
How sharing works
When you create a mailing list on a shared plan, it is automatically available to all members of your organization. There is no separate "share" step.
Common use cases
- A principal and an office coordinator both send to "All Families" without duplicating the list
- A district communications team maintains one list per school and all staff can send to their school's list
- A team-taught class shares one parent list between two teachers
Subscriber management
Any team member can add or remove subscribers from a shared list. Changes are visible to all members immediately.
Plan requirement
Shared lists are available on the Pro plan (up to 5 users) and the Team plan (unlimited users). On the Starter plan, lists are private to your account. See the pricing page for plan details.
