What you will see
One platform, every school on brand.
Branded templates for every school
Set the template once at the district level. Every school starts from it, so newsletters look like they came from the same place.
Your logo and colors, locked in
Upload the logo and the color palette once. Staff cannot accidentally publish something off brand.
One shared image library
Pre-approved photos and logos in one place, so nobody goes hunting through a shared drive at 7am.
Delivery and analytics per school
Real email to family inboxes, not a link nobody clicks. Opens and clicks reported per school and per newsletter.
Before you book.
How long is the demo?
30 minutes. It is a screen share with someone from our team, not a slide deck. If you need longer we will book a second call, and if you get what you need in 15 minutes we will give you the time back.
Who should join the call?
Whoever sends or approves newsletters. That is usually a communications lead, a principal, or a district administrator. If your IT or procurement team needs to be on the call, invite them. We answer data privacy and billing questions on the same call.
Do I need to be ready to buy?
No. Most people who book a demo are comparing platforms or replacing a tool that is shutting down. We will tell you if Daystage is not the right fit for what you need.
Can you help with our district approval paperwork?
Yes. We provide subscription invoices, send reports, and subscriber data for purchase order packages, and we accept PO and invoice billing with no credit card. Bring your district's forms to the call and we will tell you what we can fill in.
What if I would rather try it myself first?
Start free and build a newsletter in a few minutes. You can book a demo later when you want to talk about rolling it out across more schools.
A demo is not the only way in.
Some people want to poke at it themselves first. That is fine by us.
