The newsletter tool teachers actually finish sending

Slash commands. AI draft. MJML email that parents open in their inbox. First newsletter done in under 5 minutes. Free to start.

Free plan includes 40 newsletters per school year. No credit card required.

The problems Daystage fixes

You copy last week's newsletter into a new doc. Again.

One click duplicates last week. The header, footer, and school branding are already there.

Parents say they never got the newsletter.

Daystage sends a real email, not a link. It opens directly in the inbox. No extra tap, no browser.

You spend 45 minutes on formatting every Sunday night.

Slash commands and pre-set school branding mean you write, you send. There is nothing to format.

You have no idea if anyone reads it.

Open rates and click tracking show exactly how many parents opened each issue and which links they clicked.

How it works for classroom teachers

1

Set up once

Enter your school name, logo, and brand color. Every newsletter you ever send inherits this. You never touch it again.

2

Start from last week

Your most recent newsletter is right there. Duplicate it and swap in this week's content. Or start from a template. No blank page.

3

Type / to add content

Press slash to insert a block: event date, image, bullet list, button. Or use AI Draft: describe what happened this week, get a full first draft in seconds.

4

Hit send

Your parent list is already loaded. Pick a subject line. Send. Parents get a formatted email within minutes.

"I spent 5 hours just trying to send a newsletter I only make minor changes to each week."

A real teacher review of a popular newsletter tool. Daystage is built so that never happens.

Questions from teachers

How long does it actually take to send a newsletter?

The first one takes about 5 minutes once your school profile is set up. Weekly newsletters after that take 3-8 minutes depending on how much is new versus copied from last week.

How do I get my parent email list in?

Export your contact list to a CSV from whatever system you use (Google Contacts, your school SIS, a spreadsheet). Upload it. Takes under 2 minutes.

Will the newsletter look good on phones?

Yes. The editor defaults to mobile-width view so you see exactly what parents see on their phones. MJML handles the email rendering across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail automatically.

Is AI Draft required?

No. You can write everything manually if you prefer. AI Draft is there when you want a quick first draft. It is on Teacher plan and above.

What if I want to post it on my school website too?

Every newsletter has a public web page. There is also an embed widget: one line of code on your school site, and the latest newsletter appears there automatically. Works on all plans including free.
