Your public profile page
How your public profile works and how families can subscribe through it.
Every Daystage account has a public profile page at daystage.com/p/[your-school-slug]. Anyone with the link can view your sent newsletters and subscribe to future ones.
What the profile shows
- Your school name and logo
- A branded header using your school's primary color
- A list of your sent newsletters, newest first
- A subscribe form where visitors can enter their email
How the subscribe form works
When a parent enters their email and clicks Subscribe, they are added to your subscriber list immediately. You can include them in your next send.
Finding your profile URL
Your profile URL is shown in Settings. It is based on your school slug, which is generated automatically from your school name.
Where to share it
- Your email signature
- Your class or school website
- Family communication apps like Remind or ClassDojo
- Your school's back-to-school packet
Tip: Share your profile URL at the start of the school year so families can subscribe before you send your first newsletter.
