Set up your school profile
Add your school name, logo, and brand color. These appear in every newsletter you send.
Your school profile sets the default appearance for all newsletters. Once it is set up, you do not need to configure it again.
What the profile controls
- School name — shown in the newsletter header and the public web version
- Logo — appears in the header of every newsletter
- Primary color — used as the accent color throughout your newsletters
How to set it up
- Go to Settings in the top navigation bar.
- Fill in your school or organization name.
- Upload your logo. PNG with a transparent background works best.
- Pick your primary color using the color picker, or paste a hex code.
- Click Save.
Tip: Each newsletter can override the header title and subtitle inline, so you can use a generic school name as the default and customize per newsletter.
After saving
Your school slug is automatically generated from your school name. This slug becomes part of the public URL for all your newsletters: daystage.com/n/[your-school-slug]/[newsletter-title].
