Learning Today 10/27/26
ES Learners
- Emani sharing something from home about space exploration
- Some videos about space from our storytime and our quest launch. Quest work today was all about the sun and stars. Learners did work in teams labeling a sheet of stars, nebulae, etc. and then got to play a game that practiced the phases of the moon.
- Emani and Lollia tackling cursive writing
- ES learners also did a great job setting goals and tackling them during core skills time.
Spark Learners
- The Spark Studio learned all about the sun today and colored and cut out suns to place onto a black night sky with stars that they added.
- Learners also colored their planets on a new solar system poster that they are making for exhibition
- They also got really into the game "Headbanz", a guessing game where the other players have to answer yes or no questions about what the card on your head says.
