March is Women's History Month, and our class has been researching women who changed history in science, sports, art, and their own communities. Here's what we've been working on.
Researching women who changed history
Every student picked a woman to research, someone from history or someone they admire in real life, and wrote a short biography for our classroom bulletin board. We're covering scientists, athletes, artists, and local community leaders.
Our bulletin board is filling up with silhouettes and short biographies. Ask your student who they chose and why.
